stop save save as read only command

My files keep saving as "read only." I want to get rid of the command since I
didn't ask for it in the first place.
 
Saving files to a read-only drive (like a CD-Rom will autmatically make them
read-only. But it may just be that you are opening them as read only. Have a
look at your open method in Tools ... Options ... Advanced tab.
