stop reversing my name!

How can I configure Outlook to stop reversing my name as
it appears in my sent mail in the 'From' column?

I've tried to configure it as 'Donal Flynn' but something
reverses it and it ends up as 'Flynn, Donal'!

HELP!
 
what type of mail server do you use? If exchange, it's controlled by the
admin.
