stop question before permanently deleting an item with Shift "Dele

I know that you can turn of the reminder asking you "do you really want to
permanently deleter this item" or "do you really want to permantly delete the
empy folder" before each log off.

I just want to not have the question pop up everytime I delete something in
a folder using Control Delete...

Right click on the Recycle Bin on your Desktop-> Properties-> uncheck

Works in other areas, but not when I try to delete an item out of my outlook
inbox using the shift delete command.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Other>Advanced Options, uncheck "Warn before
permanently deleting items" perhaps?
