I delete items from spam, junk or inbox, then delete the items from the
deleted item folder. Upon closing down and opening Outlook later, these same
items appear in the deleted items folder. I have previously completed the
delete of these items, answering yes to the pop up box asking if I want to
permanently delete them. Why are these items popping up again.
