emails going directly to deleted items

I have some external pop emails going directly to my deleted items folder. I
have the junk e-mail completely turned to no filtering and the check box move
permanently delete susupected junk e-mial selection not checked. I see no
rules associated with senders coming in.

Is there a setting why these would go directly to deleted items.

It sounds like you have a rule running in outlook to move all messages
coming in to your Deleted Items folder.

Click on Tools and select Rules and Alerts and see if you have any rules set
up to do this.
