Our business has begun using a feature of our shipping software which emails
customers a copy of their bill-of-lading automatically.
Doing this has always caused a pop-up for an external application using
outlook in general, and we dealt with that by using a small program that
autimaticaly clicks YES.
Recently, however, some (not all) newer email addresses we are emailing to
cause a second pop-up:
"This item contains attachments that are potentially unsafe. Recipients
using Microsoft Outlook may not be able to open these attachments. Do you
want to send anyway?"
Any ideas?
