Stop PPT links opening in slideshow mode?

I have a intranet site here at work built in FP 2002 with a theme.
My problem is that all of my hyperlinks to powerpoint files open up full
screen slideshows. What I really want to happen is for the links to open
powerpoint conventionally in edit mode - not in slideshow mode. I cannot find
any controls for this, can anyone shed any light on this for me?
Thanks
Dale

Not a FP issue nor is there any html code to control this, check with the PPT newsgroup.

Only possible on an intranet where you "control" the users settings
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=162059
