stop language bar from auto starting

the lanuage bar on the xp desktop starts automatically
whenever i logon. how do i configure it not to do so???
 
Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Languages tab, click details. On
the first tab are the settings for the language bar.

Control Panel (classic view)> Regional and Language Options> Languages>
Details> Settings> Language Bar. Uncheck box to display icon on taskbar. If
you have any of the Office programs installed, you may find language bar
settings in those programs as well.
