You schmucks know who you are! Stop pulling my posts!

From the Thread: XP on more than 1 home computer
I see math skills aren't a pre-requisite to become an MVP.

From the Thread: XP on more than 1 home computer
MS says no. I would suggest not giving the greedy bastards anymore
money until they treat their customers with respect.

However, if you must use XP, check out my site before buying multiple
copies that you really don't need.

Kurt - fwiw, I see both of these posts, but maybe I downloaded them before
they got pulled, if they did.

We can't even get them to pull posts that contain known viruses, why would
you think they are pulling your posts?

Kurt,

Your posts appeared on a portion of the thread that was removed.
Due to an issue with the replication between msnews.microsoft.com and
news.microsoft.com - the original post by John did not make it to one of
those 2 "servers" and thus an inappropriate response was removed which your
3 posts and 1 by Tim were attached to.
Having said that I have seen your posts and one contained inappropriate
language and at least one other was yet again you "advising" othersto breach
the terms that they agree to in the EULA to install Windows.

Because I got the header info, but the message was unavailable from the
server.

Scott,

Which post is currently on our server containing an attached virus ?
We do remove all the offending posts - either automatically or manually.
If you can still one then it may either be due to it being in your local
cache, your ISPs news server cache (as not all appear to honour our removal
requests) or it may have slipped through and we may need to update the
filters.
Please provide a subject line, date/time and in which newsgroup the post
that is concerning you is located.

Yeah, I wasn't quick enough. I only got the header info, with the
message not avaible on the server message. And now any reply I tried to
post to that thread, doesn't show up at all.

Show everyone the exact words where I advise the OP, John, to breach
anything! I told John that

You are so full of it!

You then post a link to a site where you clearly advocate the breach of the
EULA that a user has to agree to, to install Windows XP and so on ....

Usually if morons are ignored the fade away. This idiot may be the
exception, but I still think it should be tried. Remove all you can and
ignore any that slip through.

Kurt. I have had you blocked for years, but it is time for you to put up or
shut up. If you are so convinced YOU are right them take MS to court. If you
win the world will idolize you as you so much wish, if you lose maybe we
will finally be rid of you.

Testy

There is not one can I know of at this moment, but about a month back many
of the NG's were flooded with those posts that looked like Microsoft
Bulliten pages saying to update your system with the attached "patch".

Many of these erroneous posts were indeed pulled from the NG servers, but
many remained for quite some time.

LOL! I have made no secret of my using MS OSs on more than one
computer, so I don't have sue MS. If MS wants to legally enforce their
usage terms, then it's up to them to sue me, if they don't, then they
have effectively & legally allowed my breaking of their usage terms.

I would think it should be MS who should take Kurt to court - if they
think they would win. But the truth is they probably do not think
they'll win. MS has more lawyers than you have hair on your head.

Wouldn't it be easy for them to sue Kurt or anyone else they thought
were in violation of their so-called EULA? MS has already been
convicted of various wrong doings not Kurt. Seems to me he's one of
the few people who post the truth not like the MS apologists or
certain "do nothing" MVPs who are afraid of losing their status.

Regards.
