Stop Expot Function In Outlook

I have the situation that we have diarys held on ms exchange 5.5
running on NT 4.

Its read by clients running outlook xp and 2003.

The information is to be read only to the user bt they can export
there diarys. How can I stop this?

You can't prevent users from copying data from one calendar to another.
