How can I create an additional 'Calendar' in Outlook?

I have two businesses to manage, with two professional diaries.
How can I create an additional 'Outlook Today' using the same software on
the same computer?
I am using a Windows XP Professional OS, with MS Outllook 2002 SP3 software.
