stop errors are killing me!!

I get stop errors almost every time I play games, watch
music videos or sometimes even when I finish booting.
Most of the time it's a oxoooooA error IRQ_LESS_NOT_EQUAL,
or something like that. I am running a custom built
computer with an athalonxp 2000+ on a asus av7333w/raid
with 1.5GB ram (3Dimms) and a western digital 80 GB hard
drive . I have a plextor 40x cd burner and pioneer
dvdrom. There is also a 250 zip installed, a network card
from intel, a geforce4 ti 128MB card from MSI, a realmagic
dvd decoder, a soundblaster audigy gamer. thats the
basics. I've tried updating everything with the newest
drivers. nothing seems to work.
