stop error

I often get, while running any program, a stop window,
tatikng that 'Windows Explorer has experience a problem.'
In pursuing that problem, I am told, in the same window
after selecting more details, that my eeeor signature

'appname:explorer.exe'

after that there many 'module functions' and data. I just
dont understand it and maybe someone can help. I am
running XP home edition and this is getting aggravating.

If you could post the modname from the error report it may help us point you in the right direction
