STOP error

I copied one drive to another using Drive Image 7
(WinXPHome + apps, from an ATA drive to a SATA).
SATA drive won't boot. Blue screen reads:
STOP: 0x00000024(0x001901FF,0x8671D268,0xC00001020, 0x00000000).
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm running a Pentium 4, 3.06Gig, 1Gig ram.
