Stop Error

When I was shutting down my computer I got this error
message.

Stop: 0x0000008e
(0xC0000005, 0xBFA4CF0A, 0xEF780AEC, 0x00000000
ialmdd5.DLL - address BFA4CF0A base at BFA18000,
DateStamp 00000000

This is the second time this has happened, does anyone
know what I can do for this or what is the problem.
