stop error ON START-UP

Help needed
On start-up i keep receiving a message' ERROR STOP: UNABLE To Load Device driver\system root\system32\drivers\nv4_mini.sy
I have looked for the file but to no avail,
Anyone have a simple remedy, not that tech mined myself

Reboot in Safe Mode (press F8 during the boot phase),
then re-install your video driver. You will find it on the the
CD that came with your PC.
