hi,
when i first boot the computer i keep getting an error
saying "windows unable to load device driver", system
root\system32\drivers\BT484.SYS.
any idea how to get rid of the error
your help is appreciated
.....

Oh... you had some video hardware which you uninstalled, but it didn't
completely uninstall because windows is still trying to load a driver that
doesn't exist on the system anymore....

Use Norton WinDoctor (or equivalent) to scan the registry and find/clean the
registry entry which was probably left behind from a sloppy uninstall...

CAUTION: Never let WinDoctor fix errors "automatically". Always use the "let
me decide" option.
It;s a powerful tool and therefore can make a powerful mess!
