STOP Error msg.

System halted, getting BSOD with error message
STOP: 0X0000007B (0XFC8D3640, 0XC0000034, 0X0000000,
0X0000000).

Unable to boot into safe mode, tried to get into Recovery
Console and used bootcfg and now totally unable to get in
Recovery Console.

Your help and time is very appreciated.
