Stop Error Message on Blue Screen

ERROR MESSAGE-0X0000007B--INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
(HARDWARE FAILURE ERROR)PROBABLY DUE TO FLOPPY BOOT
INSTALL ERROR.
TRIED TO START BUT REFUSES TO LEAVE THE BLUE ERROR
MESSAGE.
TRIED PRESSING F8 ON ALL INCLUDING ADVANCED -NO JOY.
PC COMPANY COMPUTER ON WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION.NO ONE
WILL FIX IT FOR ME.ADVISED TO BUY NEWCOPY OF XP HOME BUT
I CANT START IT TO TRY. IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE TO XP
PROFFESSIONAL?

OR IS IT THE ROYAL ORDER OF THE BOOT???????

PLEASE HELP - I AM REALLY UPSET.............CRYING AT
NIGHT...........PACING THE FLOOR............GENERALLY
PISSED OFF.

A 7B error basically means that the system cannot find the hard disk. This
can be caused due to hardware failure or either the hard disk or the hard
disk controller, or not having the right drivers installed. Did this work
fine and then just stop? Also, here is an article that talks about this:
