Stop Error C0000218 Repeately

Hi. I Have a Dell PowerEdge 4400
And im running Win2k Server sp4
over a Raid 5 Hardware Array. (PERC 3/Di)
For Terminal Services Access.

The Problem is: During the nigths something
happens on the server, and when i come back
the next day i find STOP Error: C0000218
(Software hive), y repaired it with the recovery
console, and it happened again like 2 days after,
but this time all the hives were damaged (system, SAM, etc)

So i reinstalled the whole server, it was running smooth
for like 3 more days, and then i get the same error.
The event log doesn't record any errors and the time is
about: 2 - 3am.

By the way I have an antivirus with all updates.

This happens so often to so many users that even if it is
a bad piece of hardware or driver, windows is that the OS
it should be to trap the event properly.

Really sounds like a faulty drive controller and or driver issue.

Do you have a backup that kicks off every night? Secondly, is the server
scheduled to restart each night, or is it crashing and rebooting?
