Stop Error "0XD1" - IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL

I have Windows XP Home Edition, SP2. My computer is crashing and a blue
screen with the message IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL - Stop Error "0X000000D1"
appears. I have not installed any hardware. Recently, I upgraded the
following softwares: Norton Antivirus and Microsoft Antispyware.
Can someone please help me with this problem? I don't know what to do.
