STOP ERROR 0x0000007E

Hi,
I have windows XP on my system.I got an error message
saying 'a problem have detected and windows have been shut
downed'. After formatting HDD i begin installation,system
copied installation files and restarted ,I am getting the
same error message with STOP ERROR 0x0000007E,any idea ????
pls help me

It did not resolve my problem,I have formatted hdd and
trying to reload xp,getting stop error 0x0000007E, any
idea ??????
