stop error 0x0000001E

I receive a stop error 0X1E (0XC5, 0XEB71CDC7,0X0,0XAE)
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
This happends every time I try to boot up. Maybe once,
Maybe 15 times or more. I work around it by trying to
boot in the safe mode, wait for about a minute, the turn
off and on and let it boot the normal way. It will boot up
and run correct.
