Stop email right margin compression and font reduction

Email: With left margin set, the right margin compresses by @ 1/2 & font
decreases:

1)on sceen for at least some addressees;
2) and when I try to print the message.

You might want to provide some more details on this one. At least include
your version of Outlook and where exactly you are looking at. When composing
also include if you use Word or Outlook as the email editor and which
message format you are using.

Point 1) seems to refer to recipients. You might want to include their mail
client details as well.
