I use Outlook 2003. Five days a week, I receive an e-mail from a sender I
have subscribed to. Every time, the e-mails are sent to my Junk folder.
Every time, I click "Not Junk," and click "OK" in the pop-up box that says,
"The message will be moved back into the Inbox Folder," and there is a
check-mark in the box "Always trust e-mail from '(e-mail address removed)." I
have also added the e-mail address to my Contacts list. How can I stop the
e-mails from going to the Junk folder and have them stay in my Inbox?

it should be working as expected. see if adding the senders domain to the
safe list helps.

Thanks for the quick response; however, today, without any action by me, the
expected e-mail "magically" appeared in my Inbox for the first time ever.
Maybe the genie of Outlook read your reply!
