Stop Download Messages from Exchange Server

I have an exchange server, but I dont want my messages to be downloaded to my
Outlook client all the time. I have looked, but cant find the option to stop
this. Any help?
 
That's how Outlook and Exchange work together...

File,Work offline or configure outlook to work offline and use remote mail.
