Stop code on install

Hi all,
Tonight I reinstalled XP pro on the 1.4ghz athlon, which I
built 3 yrs ago. 768MB RAM in box. Radeon 7000 and 3com NIC.
Only bare minimum of apps on board.
During first attempt at 7:34PM on 9/8/06, The setup stopped
and setup issued this stop code. Error code is 0x00000023
other codes are (0x000E0100, 0xF707E464, 0xF707E160,
0x80820FC0) Which appeared right after the main error code.
Can someone tell me what these could be due to?
