STOP: c000021a 0xc0000005 error

Hi,
I have an ACER Travelmate 800, have not changed my hardware nor software recently, but had a crash and now an eternal reboot with this error message:
STOP: C000021a (Fatal System Error)
The Windows Logon process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has shut down.

I can start in safe mode, but not in debugging mode. Did virus and adware scan. Tried to delete my user profiles and create new ones. No change. Any ideas?
