STOP: c0000139 {Entry Point Not Found}

When I try and boot up my computer after the WINDOX XP PROFESSIONAL screen has been displayed, I get the following error

STOP: c0000139 {Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point RpcImpresonateClient could not e located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll

Can you help with how I am to proceed

I forgot to mention, I can't do anything to get passed this "blue screen" of death syndrome. My booklet tells me to "F8" when I get the Windows XP screen displayed, but nothing happens. I have tried to use the following 2 CD'

"Dell OptiPlex ResourceCD for Reinstalling Device Drivers and Using Diagnostics, Utilities and System Requirements
"Dell, Reinstalling CD Microsoft Windows XP Professional

but I can't get the CD driver to do anything with either of these CD's
