I have a system that I was going to do a Repair on. I
booted from the Cd and started the Repair (Not Repair
console) go all the way to where it is asking for the CD
key. I entered the CD key that is on the laptop as this
is a HP laptop the came with it bundled on the system. CD
Key did not work. So I hit cancel and rebooted. Now every
reboot it goes directly into the setup screen. How to I
stop this from happening and make it boot up normaly? I
can get to the repair console so if there is a file I can
edit that would be usefull.

Go to Start > Run and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter.
Click on the BOOT.INI tab and then click on "Check All Boot Paths"
to delete incorrect boot paths.

If the above does not correct the issue, then:

Right-click on MY COMPUTER and select:

Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings > Edit

CAREFULLY edit your boot.ini file to remove the SECOND entry.
Your boot.ini file should then look similar to this:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /fastdetect
