STOP 0xC000021A {Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedl

Hola,

nothing goes after installing ActiveSync 4.1 on my Windows XP SP2. I tried
all MS-Startoptions (no success). I used a BartPE-CD to edit the registry
and I disabled some services (no success). Does ActiveSync change the logon
process ? I looked for a file called "msgina.dll", but this file seemed not
to be replaced. I do´t want to reinstall, that bores me. I am wondering why
the System doesn´t log anything (user.dmp).

Has anyone any idea ?

Thanks alot,

Nico

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "21A: Process
Terminated" link in the right side column.

Good luck
