STOP: 0x4E error

I am getting a Blue Screen with a above Stop message.
Have tried Restore and Known good. Pulled all 3rd party
hardware and swapped out my RAM.
About all that is left is the System Restore Disks that
came with the computer. It is a Sony Vaio.
It seems to stop loading drivers after agp440.sys loads
this is about 30 drivers into the list.

Any help before going back to the beginning???
