STOP: 0x00000b8

When my system reboots, sometimes I get this blue screen message:
"STOP:0X0000000B8 (0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000) A wait operation,
attach process, opr yield was attempted from a DPC routine. Beginning dump
of physical memory."

In order to clear the screen, I have to turn off the power and leave it off
for at least a minute before the computer will turn back on. Sometimes this
clears the message, and it restarts fine. Other times I have to do this
several times.
