STOP 0x0000007e in WinXP Pro

Hello,

I was in the process of recovering from a corrupt registry file and was
using the setup program's repair function, when, after a reboot, the computer
wouldn't start anymore and run into a STOP error before it reached the login
screen.

The full error is this:

0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0xF15715D0I, 0xF8960FC8, 0xF8960CC4).

I can get into Safe Mode, but not Safe Mode with Network support.

Any ideas?
