I am using a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop computer, running Windows XP Pro w/sp
3. When attempting to install a Kyocera KPC650 wireless broadband card my
computer immediately shuts down to a blue screen. I have updated everything
that can be updated; have installed the card on another computer (to make
sure it works), and spoke with the card manufacturer. The only help I am able
to find is how to get the blue screen from appearing. I know how to keep the
blue screen from appearing (dont install the card), what I would like to know
is how I can get the card to work in my computer.
