I just upgraded to a pentium motherboard and after
instalation windows would not boot,i tried to fix it
using the windows xp cd and after finishing the following
message came out:

(0xbaad009c,0xf80ea4cc,0xf80ea1cc,0xf8638ad9)

Hi Luis,

Strip the system of all unnecessary peripherals and make sure that any
bios-level av detection is disabled.

According to Doug Knox, changing out a motherboard might cause this problem:
" A repair install will work, but if you have any data you need
backed up, a clean install is your best option."
