STOP 000021A error

Getting this STOP error:

STOP: 000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process
terminated unexpectedly.
status of 0xc0000020 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

Friends machine, so, I'm not quite sure what he was doing
before the BSOD. He said he just started it up.
