Tough call. I've had one foolish post from an MVP, and one foolish post
from someone who does not claim to be an MVP. That's a 50/50 ratio of
fatheads to MVP fatheads.
Perhaps Ronnie Vernon feels an MVP's job is to offer unquestioning,
slobbering worship to Microsoft, and to attack anyone who dares criticize
his beloved master.
Whatever issues some folks seem to have with Jupiter Jones MVP, he was the
only person here who presented a reasoned, logical challenge to my opinion.
He also mentioned the fact that there are alternatives.
The whole point of coming on Usenet and asking questions is to get answers,
and if answers aren't immediately available, at least provoke a discussion
that may lead to a solution, if possible. Jupiter Jones was headed in this
direction, it seams.
Of course, flame wars can be fun, but I'm flamed warred out.
