Every time I start my Gateway MX3702 with Windows XP Verison 5.1 Service Pack
3 laptop and I keep getting the message (The procedure entry point
LocalizeString could not be located in the dynamic link library STLang.dll.)
Could someone please tell me how to remedy this problem. I would be most
greatful.

stlang.dll is part of the Sigmatel Audio driver.

Sigmatel was bought by IDT, so the installation may reference IDT in the documentation.

Localization refers to some kind of language issue. A French
user expects to see French error messages, so localization
might be a way to handle that.

My guess would be a more appropriate version of the driver
is needed, for whatever languages are involved here.
