Error Msg after Reformatting Hard Drive

I reformatted my hard drive and installed windows again so I could start with
a clean slate. I installed the drivers and everything seemed to be fine but
now when I start my computer an error message pops up and says:

The procedure entry point LocalizeString could not be located in the dynamic
link library STLang.dll.

Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it? I don't know much
about computers. Any insight to this problem would be a big help!!

(Windows XP Professional, SP2)

Thats a dll associated with audio drivers.
Were did you install your drivers from, winupdate or manufacturers sites, or
cd?

I installed the drivers from the cd. There was a problem the first time I
installed the audio driver, but then I did it again and it seemed to work.
Should I uninstall and then install it again?
