Still unable to browse Network

Brand new load and connection to existing Peer to Peer WG.
Windows XP Pro on netgear router connected to ADSL, DHCP assigned addresses.

Can browse the internet.
Can ping other PC's.
Can map drive at dos.

CANNOT browse network resorces.
Other clients CANNOT ping my address.

This is a strange problem for a new load.

Has anybody experience this problem before? Is there a resolution.
Oh netbios is enabled and Browser is started.

Please help
Microsoft do not recognise this as a problem but I think this is a bug.

Please Help!

Sounds like traffic is able to travel out but not into
this computer. The first an MS support rep would
probably ask is if there are any firewalls installed on
the computer in question. If there are then either
disable or uninstall them. If you disable and it still
does not work then uninstall. Try rebooting the computer
into safemode with networking support and try everything
again.
