Still no joy at 30 fps

I don't get any file type options that run at 30fps.
The highest frame rate is 25.

I'm not using a video capture card if that makes any
difference.
 
The reply is the same as was provided to you earlier. If the highest frame
rate you see is 25fps, then you are set to PAL video. Change that to NTFS
and you'll be able to select 30fps (or 29.97fps).
