Yes - lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts extremely hard to read.

Check your IRQs. If your video card is sharing with
another board, that might be it. It may not be releasing
the drivers. I had that problem when a vidoe capture
card and the AGP video card shared an IRQ
