still getting non responding IE browser

I am using build 5472 and am still experiencing a non responding IE. I have
reported in the past that the ebay toolbar addon can cause this to happen
but I removed this and it is still occuring, what/where do I check to find
out how to resolve this?

Try going to System Tools in the Start Menu and find Internet Explorer(No
Addons)

Does it work now?

Hi T5,

Go to Internet Options while IE is closed (run control inetcpl.cpl from the
start box) and click "manage addons" on the program tab. Disable all of
them, then try running IE. If it works ok, slowly re-enable a few at a time
to isolate the problematic one(s).
