still cannot save pictures to disk.

i am still cannot save pictures to disk.i have tried the
fix suggested by yves alerie but it has made no
difference. even if i right click on the picture it only
gives me the option of sending to floppy disk.it seems as
though it is not recognising the cd drive!
 
Is your drive set for recording?
Click on My Computer, look under Devices with removable storage and right
click on you CD drive listed there. Click on Properties. A window will open.
Click on the Recording tab. Check Enable recording on this drive.
When this window opens, if you do not have a Recording tab, your drive is
not properly set to work with XP. Go to the internet site of the
manufacturer of your CD drive and download and install the latest firmware
for this drive.
