Saving Pictures from Internet to My PIctures

I am having great difficulty saving a photograph from a
web site to my hard drive (My Pictures). I can't view
the picture once it's saved to My Pictures. There is an
icon but I can't open it and see the same picture I can
see on the web site. I believe I'm following the
directions I've been given but I still cannot view the
photographs.

I right-click on the picture; Save as My Pictures and
Paste.

Can someone show me the path as to how to save a picture
from the Internet to my hard drive without having it
convert from a JPEG to an .asp file?

You may not be getting the image at all if your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.
