Sticking cursor

I have cleaned my mouse, mouse ball and pad and still the
cursor don't want to move with the mouse. It's like it is
sticking and I have to really "fool" with it to get it to
move and then it only moves erratically. Can anyone help?

It very likely needs to be replaced. eBay has many listed for less than $10.00
Or, you can visit Best Buy, Circuit City or Radio Shack for a large selection and
some real fancy ones, even wireless.
