Stereo Mix not showing up

I have a RealTek HD Audio sound card and when I go into the Sound Recording
(double click on the volume icon in the tray then click on Option -
Properties then click on recording) the Stereo Mix function is not showing
up. I have downloaded the latest drivers (from Gateway/MPC and Realtek).
How do I get the function?

When you rightclick that Recording tab, put a check in 'show disabled
devices' You probably installed SP1, and need to reinstall the driver for
RealTech.

I looked on the Master Control and did not find the "show disabled devices"
