Stcky connection bar

Can anyone tell me how to pin the connection bar. Every time I connect with
RDC, the bar is hidden. I can pin it, but it stays only for that connection.
Next connection it is hidden again.

Try selecting the "Display the connection bar when in full screen mode"
check box on the Display tab in RDC Options.
