STATUS_PROCEDURE_NOT FOUND

I have a laptop running Windows 2000. When I try
connecting with the dialup modem I get an "Cannot Load
Dialog. Error 0xc000007a. Can anyone tell me how to fix
this or where to get help in resolving the issue. I hear
the modem tones but it gives me this error evertime i try.

Have you tried updating the modemdriver?

Thank you for the help, I did reinstall the modem driver
but what ended up fixing the problem was deleting and
creating a new network dialup. Thanks for the support.
